I can’t say enough good things about Ability Homecare. We had gone through two agencies for my dad. The other’s started out fine, but then they became unreliable, and some caregivers we not very friendly. My sister and I had decided to give up on hiring an agency. Then we called Ability Homecare. Their care coordinator listened as we explained our concerns and anxiety about trying a new agency. She explained that before care begins, we could interview the caregiver. During the interview the caregiver had a genuine connection with our dad. It’s been 6-months now and our caregiver is wonderful. She is kind, she is caring, she knows what needs to be done so you don’t need to watch her or tell her what to do, and most of all she’s become a part of the family. My sister and I would like to say “thank you” Ability Homecare for being our rock.
